Kate -- wow, that is a hard struggle... but I think that whatever you feel should be right, even if it includes and doesn't include Catholicism at the same time. | i would. but isn't that a given? you know i'm a catholic. a full-on, practicing, sometimes attending the 2 hours on sunday roman catholic. but i agree with a lot of what you say. its hard to determine what about organised religion is good and bad. i like church, and having the catholic basis when i need god, it gives me a place to go and feel GOD. the presence, you know? that feeling like he (or she) is there supporting you. and thats what churches do for me, they give me GOD. but at the same time, i don't believe in the catholic ideal of god. i dunno, its a strange head debate for me. also, i wanna be like you too! well, in some respects, but also like me...hehe, that dind't make too much sense. but i think its time for me to go, i just wanted to say hi and be a part of the g'book which exploded over night. |

| Hey ryan..I agree with you about a lot of that religion stuff. Most of the people I know that go to church regularly don't really believe in what they hear. I think I would disagree about the pastor/priest issue though, because at my church their faith is strong. And thanks to your entry before the religion one about growing up, I don't know if I really want to get out of high school any more...here's a nice little song that is a lot better with words.
